Refund policy
Thank you for choosing The Clumsy Tea.
If you aren’t satisfied with your order, you can reach out to rastogifoodtech@gmail.com and our Customer Experience Team will revert back to you promptly.
Any concerns regarding your order should be shared with us within 2 days of delivery. Beyond this period, we will be unable to process claims or replacements.
Cancellations:
Refunds are not provided after order cancellation, instead a gift card of the same amount will be issued. Additionally, the refunds are subject to the discretion of Rastogi Food Tech and may change in extraordinary circumstances.
Replacements:
A request for replacement must be initiated within a maximum of 48 hours from the day of delivery.
Please attach a picture of the delivered order along with the invoice and send a mail to rastogifoodtech@gmail.com Our Audit team will review and send you a replacement, if applicable, in the following conditions:
- Damaged/Incorrect Product Received
- Item missing from order
- Expired Product Received (Please attach a picture of the product showing the expiry date along with the invoice)
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of Tea we do not accept returns on any products, instead we can replace the same if applicable.
